  1. What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?
    We are cat & dog friendly.
  2. How many pets may I have?
    Up to two pets are allowed.
  3. What must I bring with me to tour an apartment?
    Please bring a valid driver's license or form of government issued picture ID.
  4. What are your fees and monthly charges?
    There is a $25 fee to sign up for Parcel Pending to allow packages to be delivered and to use the lockers on-site for your convenience. Packages left in the lockers for more than two days will incur an additional $3 charge. We have onsite storage, if desired, for an additional fee.
  5. What are the income and credit qualifications?
    We use a third party credit verification company that checks credit history, rental history and debt ratios. Derogatory credit may result in the need for an additional deposit or for your application to be declined.
  6. What acceptable proof of income is required to sign a lease?
    Either a paycheck stub or a letter from your employer serve as proof of income.
  7. What happens if I qualify for an apartment but my roommate does not?
    Your roommate may have a guarantor.
  8. Is my security deposit totally refundable?
    Yes, as long as there is no damage other than normal wear and tear to your apartment.
  9. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
    We offer a lease break fee option. We ask each resident to supply a 60 day notice and two months lease break fee.
  10. Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
    Yes. Approximately 90 days prior to the end of your lease term, you will receive a renewal offer with pricing for multiple lease terms. Month-to-month leases will be offered at the twelve month rate plus a $300 premium.
  11. What utilities are included in my lease?
    We include water, sewer, trash, and electricity.
  12. How long is the term of the lease?
    We offer flexible lease terms. 3-15 months.
  13. Do you accept leases for short term?
    We offer short term leases as short as three months. An additional premium will be charged depending on the lease term.
  14. Am I required to have renter's insurance?
    No, but it is highly recommended.
  15. Do you offer furnished apartments?
    No, but your Leasing Professional can refer you to one of our furniture rental partners.
  16. Do you offer corporate apartments?
    No.
  17. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment how do I report it?
    We recommend that all residents sign up for our on-line portal. From the portal, you can submit service requests, send messages to the management team, and pay rent online. We also have a phone number for 24/7 after-hours emergency maintenance.
  18. When is my rent payment due?
    The 1st of every month.
